The GTM Owners Club collects the following data:

  • Car Details (Model, Registration number, chassis number, colour, engine details etc.)

You directly provide The GTM Owners Club with all the data we collect.  We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online on our forum or website or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a membership form or provide information on any of our message boards or via email.

Our Company securely stores your data at any of the Named Committee member’s address.  All paper records will be securely stored.  And electronic copies of these records will be stored on a password protected folder.


The GTM Owners Club will keep your Personal Data and Car Details for as long has you have membership with the GTM Owners Club.  We will delete your only if you have asked us do so after your membership has expired.


Marketing

GTM Owners Club would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.


If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out later.


You have the right at any time to stop The GTM Owners Club from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of The GTM Owners Club.
